Task
Creative campaign designed and executed for Hempel, an established, conservative Danish company specialised in coating and paints, ready for digital transformation.
The campaign was set for a silicone based hull coating, an antifouling product allowing cargo vessels to meet carbon emission demands, a marine industry requirement.
Approach & idea
The design process started with a thorough research, including actions such as market research, competitive analysis and defining buyer personas. It led to a campaign slogan ''Paint your way'', encasuplating the idea of shipowners, charterers and operators paving (painting) their way into less carbon emisssions.
Result
The creative concept ‘’Paint your way’’ was launched on digital platforms and social media, funnelling the leads from awareness to acquisition through a variety of creatives.
With a successful and targeted performance marketing campaign after 8 months the campaign resulted in 16 high value leads, worth between 2,5-5 million euro.
The campaign has been shortlisted for Danish Digital Awards 2023 in the category Return On Investment.
